2022-06-16 - Narda-MITEQ announced the release of an extended frequency range and available industry standard outline to its 2LPL high performance, cost-effective small size phase-locked oscillator. While the unit is available in a compact 2x2x0.6 inches outline, the newly available "A" option is offered for compatibility to the industry standard 2.25 x2.25 inches footprint. It has an operating temperature from -40 C to + 80C and weigh less than 100 grams. The 2LPL operates at a single frequency from 0.010 to 15 GHZ in bands and 20 GHz in extended bands, with the option of doubling frequency by using an external multiplier. It is the ideal small in size yet high performance when it comes to Low Phase Noise and spurious. The 2LPL has a built-in reference cleanup as a standard feature. The 2LPL operates from either external reference, or internal TCXO with stability as low as 500 PPB. Flexible internal DC regulators allow operating DC from +6.5 VDC to +28 VDC.

The construction of the device promotes excellent RF and reliability performance, and meets MIL-STD-202 requirements for shock, vibration, humidity and altitude.
