Q-Band and V-Band Double-Balanced Mixers

2022-06-16 - Narda-MITEQ announced two mixers targeted at the emerging Q-Band and V-Band SATCOM market. The mixers employ a double-balanced architecture with a wide bandwidth IF frequency range from DC to 18GHz and can operate as both upconverters and downconverters. The M3743QW1A Q-Band Mixer operates from 37 to 43 GHz and the M4751VW1A V-Band Mixer operates from 47.2 to 51.4 GHz. These mixers offer a +13dBm two-tone third-order intercept point with a +18.5dBm LO drive level.
